Project/Construction Manager -  Oversees project execution, provides advice, guidance and support for contract needs; including proposal preparation, subcontract administration, project support, experience in estimating, scheduling cost control.  Responsible for task and project performance, planning, communication and leadership. 

Education/Experience requirements: A graduate from an accredited university or college with a minimum BS degree in engineering, construction management or business and have a minimum of 10 years experience in project management, facilities maintenance and/or construction.

Field Manager – Assists in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.  Assists in development of probable cost estimates for projects. Assists in the analysis of reports, tests and drawings to plan projects. Assists in the preparation of reports, specifications, plans, schedules and permits for the project.

Education/Experience requirements: Have a minimum of a high school/GED diploma and 10 years experience or an Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school and have 8 years related experience or a BS degree and 5 years experience. 

Job Site Superintendents - Assists in inspection and field surveying.  Attends various meetings as needed related to projects.  Must be a good communicator.  Monitors daily progress and prepares report.  Able to understand building plans, blueprints and maps.  Able to follow and carry out specific instructions on an independent basis.

Education/Experience requirements: Have a minimum of a high school/GED diploma and 10 years experience in the construction industry.
